Yikey Crikey Weigh In wednesday!!

(ps this is my last cake picture for my blog - this is my big farewell to badness!!)

Had the big weigh in at WW today and sadly it was more than I thought. 88.6kgs is my official starting weight so instead of the 15kgs I thought I had to lose to get to my healthy body weight of 66kgs it is now 22kgs!!!!!! fffffffaaaaaarrrrrrrrr ouuuuuuutttttt!

    try not to think about the overall amount you have to lose. Break it into smaller amounts. On my blog I have broken it down to 5kg goals. I initially had 34kg to lose when I first weighed in at WW to reach my goal. I remember thinking to myself that that was impossible to reach and I would never be a life member as I wouldnt achieve that weight loss. Well here I am 25kg down, 9kg to go. I cant wait to walk in there at goal and say 'I did it'.
    You can do this.
    First goal can be to get to 85kg. Then to 80kg. Then 75kg. Work out a reward for each 5kg achievement. It all adds up. x
